19.00 - 20.00 - Competition Highland class (juniors)

19.00 - 21.00 - Competition Highland class (seniors)

Wednesday

18.00 - 19.00 - Beginners 1 Highland class (age 5+)

19.00 - 20.00 - Beginners 2 Highland class

19.00 - 20.30 - Advance Highland and Scottish National class

19.00 - 21.00 - Senior Highland and Scottish National class

Private lessons by arrangement.

Dancers to be appropriately dressed for the class - this means

o Tight fitting clothing – preferably leotard and tights/leggings; or tight shorts (allows the dancer to see their body alignment and prevents twisting)

o Waist band, if supplied (allows dancer to see alignment)

o Preferably long socks (allows dancer to see where foot should be on leg)

o Hair tied back off the face

Dancers should bring suitable warm clothing to put on before and after the class to avoid injury

Everyone is encouraged to bring water to ensure they remain hydrated (no food allowed in hall).
