REF 2021 Impact Case Study
My research on the effect of foreign investment on house prices in the UK informed the decision by the UK government to introduce a 2% stamp-duty surcharge for non-resident buyers of UK property. This forms the basis for an impact case study that I have submitted for REF 2021.
