Closed loop of thought experiments
Close loop of thought experiments is a competition of two philosophers for measurement of mind’s philosophical ability (PhiQ).
First participant conducts any thought experiment and explain result of his experiment.
Second participant conducts thought experiment on thought experiment of his opponent.
He should create scenario including result of first participant’s experiment.
Then first participant conducts new experiment on thought experiment of second participant with scenario including results of two previous experiments. Then second participant do the same and
so on until one of the participants makes mistake in scenario or gives up.
Every time scenario of each experiment is changing because of additional result of previous experiment.
According William of Ockham in judging among competing philosophical or scientific theories, all other things being equal, we should prefer the simplest theory.
Therefore each participant receives one point for every successful thought experiment.
Average participant of PhiQ contest usually able to conducts three consecutive thought experiments and has PhiQ=5.
Highest level of PhiQ known to us is10.
