Our sunny, light filled holiday home has been furnished with love and care. It is well equipped because we want you to feel at home and here you will relax and regenerate.

The newly built house is located in a small housing development quiet and conveniently close to all amenities with views of the vineyards ( Auggener Schaef ). From the wine-growing landscape dominated around Auggen , coupled with the reputedly good “Baden cuisine” you find excellent cycling and walking trails. Located in the border triangle of Germany , France, Switzerland and close to the Black Forrest and Freiburg. Golf in Chalampė , Kandern and Bellingen.

Our open plan kitchen is outstanding equipped. On the ground floor is a WC, on the first floor you find a bathroom with large shower , bath , toilet and bidet hair dryer and

1 double bedroom with radio alarm and alarm clock, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and radio alarm.

The holiday house and grounds will be rented to the guest for the sole use during the rental period.

PRICES:

From € 120 per night for 2 people

€25 for every additional person. Minimum stay 7 nights

The house is rented to the tenant for the specified contract period exclusively for use for holiday purposes and may only be occupied by the maximum number of persons specified in the rental agreement. A subsequent change in the number of people is only allowed at extra cost and permission of the landlord.

The price includes all utilities. Bed linen and towels are included. No cards, only cash or advance payment.
