Calling All Crafters, Creatives, and Handmade Heroes!
We’re excited to invite you to be a part of the annual Fremont High School Holiday Craft Fair, hosted by the Featherettes Dance Team. We’d love for you to showcase and sell your unique, handmade creations to our vibrant and supportive community!
Each year, this event kicks off the holiday season and has become a cherished tradition for Sunnyvale and the surrounding community. Our Craft Fair draws enthusiastic shoppers eager to find meaningful, handcrafted gifts while supporting local talent.
More than just a showcase of artistic talent, this craft fair plays a vital role in supporting the Fremont High School Featherettes Dance Team. The funds raised go directly toward enriching dancers' high school experiences by covering costs for uniforms, travel, and access to a positive and supportive team experience.
Our wonderful student volunteers bring the magic to our event! They’re there to help every step of the way, from setting up in the morning to tidying up at the end, and they do it all with cheerful holiday spirit. Year after year, vendors tell us how much they appreciate their energy, kindness, and willingness to help.

We do have limited vendor spaces with access to electricity. You must select this on your vendor application and pay the cooresponding fee. You will receive a confirmation via email.
Our fair is hosted in our large gym and each space with electricity is given ONE single outlet. No Power Strips or cords will be provided, you must bring your own.
Please be prepared to run an extension cord for at least 25 feet to your booth space. All electricity must be unplugged from the wall at the end of Saturday and then replugged in for Sunday. Please see a Featherette dancer or parent for assistance with this.
Otherwise, vendors are encouraged to bring battery operated electrical sources and lighting, if needed. The use of extension cords to other vendor spaces is prohibited.
Do I need a license or permit to be a vendor?
Yes. All vendors need a sellers permit -or- BOE-410-D. All vendors are required to comply with all tax and legal requirements set forth by the State of California and the city of Sunnyvale.

How is the event advertised?
For the Fremont High School Craft Fair, we utilize a variety of options to promote the event.
We use our Facebook and Instagram pages to promote the event and spotlight our vendors.
We post the event on several external websites and city calendars.
Starting a month in advance of the event, our Featherette dancers put up flyers in local businesses and on cars at school events.
We profile the event in school communications to parents.
We have a large banner that goes up in front of the school and signs along both Fremont Avenue and Sunnyvale-Saratoga Roads.
And we continue to find more creative ways to get the word out!
How can I promote our participation in the event?
There are many ways you can promote your booth in advance and help spread the word about the event:
Email your customer list
Let your local friends and family know about the event
Post on social media and neighborhood groups (reminder to tag us in your posts so they show up automatically in our pages!)
Print a flyer and hang in your local businesses
Like and comment on our event posts
Where do I load + unload and park?
Setup is open from 8-10am. The event is in the large gym, enter on the Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road side. Our volunteers will be in the parking lot directing you where you can unload. The entrance to the gym is right next to the parking lot, so very close. There will be volunteers and students available to help you if needed.
Once you finish, you are required to move your car to either the school parking lot on Fremont Avenue or to the surrounding neighborhood. This is critical so our customers have access to the parking spots to come and shop at your booth.
On Sunday, you are required to park in the Fremont Avenue lot or surrounding area. Then you can move your car to the closer lot once the show is over.
More details will be sent to all approved vendors closer to the show.
Are food and refreshments available?
Yes! We have a small concession stand in the lobby with snacks, drinks and food items. If you are unable to leave your booth, then a Featherette dancer or event volunteer will be happy to help you.
All proceeds from the raffle will directly support our dance team program.
How do I participate in the raffle?
We kindly ask for you to participate in our annual raffle by donating one of your handmade items. Our customers enjoy the raffle every year and we thank you in advance for your participation. We recommend about a $20 item that represents your booth. Participation is voluntary and your donations are tax-deductible (ask a Featherette for a receipt). All proceeds from the raffle will directly support our dance team program.
During the first hour of the Fair, the Featherettes will be asking for donations of items for our raffle. Or you can bring your item to the front registration table in the lobby.
Make sure that your name and booth number are attached to your donation so we can promote your booth.
