Each unit within the Fox Creek Village is assessed a monthly fee, sharing the costs associated with maintenance and upkeep of the many services and amenities afforded to our residents. Such services and amenities are listed below:
Clubhouse maintenance, including pool, fitness room, kitchen and dining room
Private street and streetlight maintenance
Snow removal for all private streets and parking lots
Lawn and landscaping maintenance, including mowing and fertilization of all lawns
Condominium maintenance, as specified in our Declarations & By-Laws
Property & liability Insurance for all commonly shared facilities and functions
