How to join team

The following administrative items need to be taken care of so that you can participate in the upcoming season:

1. Physical - paperwork needs to be on file in athletic office. Email Sherri Mohn (sherri.mohn@fcasd.edu) with questions. Physicals already obtained for current school year are already on file.

2. Registration in Family ID system (see athletic website)

3. Obtain "remind" app for your phone and join "@fctra" (athletes only, no parents due to limited allowable participants). Pertinent info will be communicated via this app.

4. Information/goals sheet. Coaches will provide this once practice begins

5. Athlete rules, signed by athlete and parents. Coaches will provide once practice begins
