Practice starts 12/3/24 for distance runners, and 12/9/24 for everyone else. Meet in the cafeteria at 2:45.

2024 Outdoor Track:
Practice starts Monday March 4. 2:45 is the start time, ending time may vary depending on event and day of the week (usually not later than 4:45). Meeting location is the stadium bleachers unless communicated otherwise via "Remind".
Need to register with Final Forms. Also must have a physical from the current school year on file with the athletic office.
Download 'Remind' app and join @fctra (athletes only, no parents).

If absent from practice, you must complete the absence form link as sent via Remind.
