Follow the following link to fill out the Marching Band MPA Information form for the MPA program
"For each band to have updated information and a current photo in the festival program, we'll need photos emailed by the dates indicated in the packet. I'm thinking it will be easiest for everyone to just use the form for the other information, plus there's a spot on there to indicate if they intend to have their band eat at our concession. It just helps us to prepare and make it easier on everyone".
