Our Policies

Buying: We are open to questions regarding care, feed, medications, breeding, etc. We want you to be happy and succeed! We do not sell offspring until they are old enough to be weaned. We can inspect your property upon request (if local) if you are unsure if you have proper set up.

Holding: We require a non-refundable deposit for the animal if it is to be put on hold. We require the animal to be paid in full by the time it leaves our property. We accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal. We will hold the animal for a maximum of 30 days after a non-refundable deposit is made. If the animal is not picked up and paid for, it will be back on the market.

Guarantee: We assure the health of our animals before each one leaves. We will not sell sick animals. Any previous injuries or illnesses will be well discussed beforehand. We cannot take responsibility for the animal once it is sold. We will accept animals back if needed as we rather have them taken care of, but no monetary funds will be returned.

Supplies: For rabbits, we provide a small bag of our feed to mix with their new feed brand in order for the rabbits to have an easier time adjusting as their intestine's bacteria can be sensitive. For all other animals: no collar, leash, or food is generally provided in the sale.
