Welcome to the Farmington Education Association (FEA) website. 

Over the last few years, the FEA has focused on improving working conditions for Farmington teachers to positively impact the education we provide our students.

Unions are only as strong as the members who join and participate. We ask that you are an active member of your association. 

Every year, FEA members participate by voting in the election of the FEA Teacher Council, including officers and building representatives, as well as contract ratification. In the Spring of 2019 our membership made amendments to the FEA Constitution and voted to create the Vice President position. During the Summer and Fall of 2019, FEA members effectively negotiated the 2020-2023 contract. Members of the FEA Teacher Council regularly attend meetings and conferences to keep the membership at their schools up to date with the latest news.

As a member, you receive the CEA Advisor and the NEA Today. These publications report on professional and union issues locally, statewide and nationally. You can take advantage of special services and benefits. The CEA and NEA offer a variety of programs designed to improve the overall quality of life for you and your family.
