1. Visitors:

a. Sarah Howell, school board candidate (www.sarahforlosd.com )

i. Position 2

ii. 3 young children

iii. Involved in the school foundation and language immersion program

b. Jeff Gudman

City Council and Study Session 4/2 included:

i. City manager recruitment

ii. Utility rates will be going up, Gudman will propose rebates during budget process

iii. Proposal to make changes to comprehensive plan CAC committee report (motion by Kehoe). Public testimony will be heard at next meeting

iv. Proposal to extend URD to Tryon Creek WW plant in consideration

v. Next Council meeting will be a joint school board meeting

2. Officers and committee members for 2013

a. Committee: Jim, Maria, Dennis, Darryl, Sharon, Chris, Karl of those present

b. President Carole, Vice chair Jim or Marie, Karl Secy, Dennis Treasurer

c. No meetings July-August?

3. Party planning for April 26^th

a. Put officers on the white board, ask for nominations from the floor/vote

b. Ice cream helpers Darryl, Dennis, Sharon?, Marie

c. Name tags, sign in with email, Lowes?

d. Music/schlepper, Jim

4. Reports

a. Trees, Sharon: 6^th and C St, two trees next to the driveway

b. Treasurer, Dennis: $50 to Oregon Secy of State fee for non-profit, $526.61 current balance

c. CAC, Chris: next meeting is Thursday, April 11

5. New Business

a. Chris: New spot on FAN^FH website for people to enter email

b. Shawn West: Pathways and street safety especially for kids going to Forest Hills school
