This site is where you will find important information about the Fall River Condominium Association (FRC). The Fall River Condominium Association is composed of 16 condominium units located in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. The Association is managed by a five person executive Board consisting of owner volunteers.
There are four condominiums (A, B, C & D) in each of the four buildings (503, 505, 507 and 509) located on Fall River Lane, Estes Park, CO 80517. The condominium community consists of approximately 2 acres at the foot of Old Man Mountain within a mile of the boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park. The condominiums were constructed originally as apartments in the1993/1994 period and converted to condominiums in 1999.
The neighborhood is frequented by elk, deer, wild turkeys, bear, fox, and marmots.
Our community is within walking distance and has easy access to a walking trail that follows the Fall River into Estes Park's beautiful historic town center where you can find restaurants, gift shops, entertainment, and many local activities.
