New Management Company Effective February 1, 2021

Dear Fairlane Farm Homeowners Association Homeowner (s),

Effective February 1, 2021, Neighborhood Property Management has been hired to perform all of your management needs. I would like to introduce myself as your new Property Manager and to introduce Neighborhood Property Management, LLC as the new management firm. Please direct all written correspondence and payments to:

The Annual Fee for 2021 and the 2021 Annual Budget were sent to all owners by First Real Estate Management. Once all of the records are turned over to NPM we will input all owners’ fees and payments and send out notices to those that did not pay as a reminder to now pay the new management company.

I have enclosed a homeowner information sheet to be filled out and returned. You can scan it and send it back to our office or simply mail it in.
