Exeter Music Association’s 3rd Annual Supper Serenade
Join us Friday, February 4th from 6:00 to 9:00, in the Reiffton Cafeteria for an enjoyable evening of music, a delicious Italian dinner, and a variety of gift basket raffles!
Music will be short performances by our own Exeter students, and dinner includes baked pasta, salad, bread, assorted beverages and dessert.
We are selling tickets as a fundraiser for our music programs (vocal, orchestral and band) throughout the Exeter School District.
In previous years, we raised over $2000.00 for EMA in addition to being a fun-filled and memorable evening that everyone enjoyed! BUT - it requires A LOT of participation from Exeter’s music students and families. Specifically, we need performers, ticket sellers, volunteers to set up and help serve and especially donations of desserts, paper goods and gift baskets for our raffle!!
Performers: We need students willing to do 2 - 3 minute musical performance by themselves or in a group. Music selections must be submitted in advance for approval. (Application Forms for performers will be distributed my music teachers (Mr. Albrycht, Mrs. Combs, Mrs. Selke and Mrs. Crotty) via google form here. Student performers must be available for the entire event, including set up and clean up, and assist serving and busing tables, this will be in exchange for Community Service hours.
Ticket Sellers: We hope Exeter families will attend the Supper Serenade and invite their family and friends! Event price is $10.00 per person and must be paid in advance. Order tickets through this google form. We will enter your reservation for dinner and your tickets will be at the door. Ticket orders can be placed in an envelope marked Supper Serenade and a check or money order payable to Exeter Music Association -- NO CASH! And placed in the EMA Drop Box outside Mrs. Selke’s office.
** A very limited amount of tickets will be sold at the door for $12 each on the day of the event. **
Food Donations: We need families to donate desserts, drinks, plates and napkins, plastic utensils and miscellaneous items. Click to access the SignUp Genius link here.
Donations of Gift Baskets: We are asking students and families to work together to donate gift baskets. You can ask local businesses to donate items / build a basket (Example: a local spa donates personal items and gift cards). Or, you can work together to purchase items and build your own baskets (Example: music students get donations of gift cards and snacks to create a fun basket). In previous years, this event was such fun and a great way to showcase our talented students, but we can’t do it without your help and enthusiasm! Please consider getting involved!
