Local raw honey, straight from our backyard hives near the entrance to Everglades National Park.

Raw honey comes straight from the beehive. It’s packed, sold and consumed without adding any heat to it. Most honey sold in the market is processed (heated). Heating the honey helps improve its color, texture and remove the crystallization. But the heating process also removes some beneficial antioxidants and bacteria.

If you want to try raw honey, trust your local beekeeper for it and not any grocery store.
