Our bees are kept stationary , which means they get to collect and feed on all the local pollen and nectar sources. This differs from commercial honey producers, as their bees are relocated depending on season to pollinate specific plants.
Honey collected from a stationary hive has a more complex flavor as opposed to mono-crop honey.
