Welcome to my personal website. 

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Chile.  I am also a member of the Monetary Policy Group. Previously, I worked as a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the World Bank in Washington D.C. I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute in 2012.

My research interests include International Finance, Macroeconomics and Financial Economics, with emphasis on the heterogeneous effects of macroeconomic policies on firms, banks and households. To learn more about my research click here.
