Welcome to my webpage!    

I am PhD in Economics from University of Barcelona (Cum Laude & International Mention). As researcher my work has mainly focused on the evaluation of regulation, policies, market design and behavior in the context of regulated sectors, with an accent on European framework. Although currently my research is mainly devoted to energy, I have worked in other regulated sectors as defense or telecom, this is visible in my dissertation on The Impact of EU Regulation in Network Industries, devoted to both telecom and energy.

I am Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Business at the University of Lleida and associate researcher of the Chair of Energy Sustainability at the Barcelona Institute of Economics.
