Matrix Form Triangulation Method of the Ethical Frame
Post date: Feb 23, 2019 8:18:53 AM by Luxley EnterprisesThe Matrix-Form triangulation method facilitates the strategic governance and business development process via a systematic framework for integrated operations planning. The predominating Ethical Frame provides guidance for business enterprises, investors and corporations that have a shareholder commitment to developing good corporate governance responsive to contemporary stakeholder demands.
As a proven staple of the management toolkit, the Ethical Frame is basic to processes of corporate governance and is furthermore capable of encapsulating an optimal standard of ‘mainstream’ utility. Modular trilateralisation harmonises ethical traditions of thought in a manner customised to the regulatory and accountability imperatives of financial and corporate sectors and their requirement for benchmark business practices.

Sustainable value is the technical base of the Ethical Value Chain. Sustainable value may be leveraged via implementation of the key organisational processes – the 8 principles – for discovering value opportunities and creating quantifiable value. Duly implemented, the Ethical Value Chain signifies a dynamic 360 degree paradigm of engineering productivity, managerial best practices and organisational agility.
Table 1: 3BL Ethical Value Chain
In the 21st Century, the corporate responsibility landscape is emblematised by the concourse of the social activist movement, the global environmental movement, and regulatory compliance - denoted by the popularised triple bottom line credo ‘people, planet, profit’.
Contemporary global ethics runs parallel to principles of global governance and contemplates the intersecting precepts of both moral ethics and applied ethics. Corporate responsibility has thus evolved in response to externalities of international business and commerce which obtained its apogee with the rise of the global economy during the last century; an era epitomised by the rapid growth of power of the modern corporation, industrial manufacturing, and management science.
In this sense, global ethics may be interpreted as the negotiation space for the competing demands of global industrial-scale technological leverage and concomitant risk-benefit trade-offs. It is a realm intermediated by specialised global standards agencies such as the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the International Standards Organisation (ISO), and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
As such, global ethical conduct has been reformulated and re-enculturated in terms of methodological ‘Sustainable Value’, meaning the modern disciplines of measuring and managing sustained value creation toward ultimate end goals of the ‘ethical value chain’.
