1.) Complete the online camp registration form and submit full payment, to hold your student's spot.

   2.) Seats are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date the completed registration form and $200 payment per child are received.

3.) A confirmation e-mail will be sent after you submit your registration.

Steps to Complete

If Registration is closed, do not proceed to step 2 (payment)

Program Fees: $200 per student

Multiple Children: $185.00 per student

Payment is due May 15th

Day Program

Children must be escorted into G-wing at the high school and signed-in each morning. The camp day begins at 9:00 AM.  Campers should be dropped off no earlier than 8:45 AM.  The camp day ends at 3:45 pm and campers should be picked up at that time.  Parents will be assessed a late fee of $20.00 for the first 15 minutes and $15.00 for each additional 15 minutes (payable upon arrival).  Parents who are consistently late picking-up children from any camp program will be asked to make other arrangements or will be terminated from camp.

 Cancellations

Registration Change: It is important for you to keep us updated regarding any changes in your child’s registration information.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing no later than June 1st to receive a full refund. Send cancellation to jones-t@harris.k12.ga.us

   • Cancellations made after June 1st will not receive a refund.
