Plumbing
Under the couch, there is a Barker 15-gallon polyethylene fresh-water tank with a dedicated flat hose and a Shurflo potable water pump. The cabinet under the sink holds a Shurflo in-line water filter, an Eemax 3.5 kW tankless water heater, and a gray water tank.
Electrical
Under the hood, a 150 Amp alternator drives the system. A Xantrex Freedom 20 inverter/charger and 2 deep-cycle marine batteries, housed under the couch, provide 110V AC power. A Xantrex remote panel on the wall monitors battery status. An external 110V plug allows the van to be plugged into a wall outlet with standard extension cord when the engine is not running.
HVAC
Auxiliary heat and air conditioning are provided to the passenger area by a Carrier AC 320 with 2nd compressor and skirt-mount condenser; the rear vents do not obstruct movement in the van. When parked, passengers can enjoy fresh air with the rear doors open but still covered by a mosquito screen.
