Dasineura oleae updates

Dasineura oleae Loew (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae)

Based on observations near Heraklion area Dasineura oleae adults started emerging from the end of March 2012. Damage level is low in all inspected locations at this time. Currently the key question remains unresolved : is D. oleae an emerging pest in Crete?
