Reconstruction and Measurement of Pediatric Airways

I worked on a project to involving the 3D reconstruction of edoscope images (Principal investigators Gregory Hager and Masaru Ishii). The goal of this project is to aid in the assessment and management of pediatric airway anomalies. Our approach is to produce measurments of the airway using endoscopic images and structure from motions techniques.
