General Parent Meeting - Studio

Please join us for a general parent meeting of Eric Hamber Studio Program families. If you have a child in the Studio Program, we would love to see you at the meeting.

Date: Thursday, November 6

Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Location: Eric Hamber Secondary School; Teacher's Lounge

The proposed agenda is as follows:

7:00 to 7:10 Introductions

7:10 to 7:40 Explanation of and vote on the proposed organizational Charter

7:40 to 8:10 Committee reports and possible priorities for the year

8:10 to 8:30 Nomination and election of officers

8:30 to 8:45 Other business, including suggestions from the floor

8:45 to 9:00 Adjournment and time to sign up for committees
