Track bus/train schedules

I find Commute much more convenient to use on a day to day basis. Never the less, Mtl Mobile is nice since it keeps the schedules of AMT, STM, STL, RTL, and more all in one place.

Commute requires that you publish your schedules on the web. Here is a script I use to get the schedules from the STL in Laval, Quebec, Canada:

http://profs.etsmtl.ca/epaquette/temp/stl/

Look for the .py python file. You will also find several schedules I use myself.

Commute has a nice feature that allows you to switch to a different day. While looking at a schedule, simply tap on the date at the top to select another date.

Autoplay popup on Windows XP

It is possible to prevent the Autoplay dialog from poping up every time you plug your iPod or iPhone. When the iPod is pluged and syncing is finished, go to Control Panel, Scanners and Cameras, select your device (iPod touch for example), right click, Properties, Events, Select an event: Camera connected, Actions, Take no action.

Want to access the file system?

Ever wanted to access the file system of your ios device? Want to copy game progress from one device to another? Want to copy music? Want to save text messages from your iPhone? Use Macroplant iExplorer. This will work in MacOSX or Windows 7. If you want to have similar functionality from within your iOS device, Macroplant Awesome Files might be a solution.
