Entrance to Eagle Rock
Eagle Rock at Snow Canyon is a planned unit development of 92 single-family stucco and tile roof homes.  Some residents have recently added rock to the front of their homes.
Amenities include the clubhouse, with meeting/party room, full kitchen, workout room and the use of an indoor and outdoor pool.

We are about .5 miles from the entrance to Snow Canyon State Park which contains some of the area's most dramatic vistas of white and red rock, as well as lava formations. Hiking trails, paved walking paths, and bike trails continue up the canyon and connect to more than 40 miles of paths throughout the region.

The beautiful Red Cliffs Desert Reserve, an area set aside for its beautiful panoramic backdrop of majestic red cliffs is located adjacent to the state park.
We are located in the City of Ivins, seven miles northwest of St. George, Utah.

Ivins has a population of  approximately 8,500 with all of the amenities you would expect from a growing city of its size. Washington County is the fastest growing county in the USA and is located in the southwest corner of Utah.  St George and surrounding communities are  approximately 120 miles from Las Vegas and 38 miles from its nearest Nevada city, Mesquite

We are also within a two and a half hour drive of three national parks with Zion National Park only an hour away. Less than two hours away are many national forests, lakes, camping areas and, even a ski resort. Ivins elevation is approximately 2,800 feet. Snow is rarely seen here.  The nearby Pine Valley Mountain top out at 10,300 feet.   With over 300 days of sunshine, golf and most outdoor sports, can be played year-round. The area also hosts the annual Huntsman World Senior Games and the St. George Marathon and the St George 70.5 Ironman.
