Previous Studies

In 2007 I received a Faculty Research Grant to examine Building alterations in Federal Low Cost Housing Estate Miango Road, Jos, Plateau State (User satisfaction and building configurations). Unfortunately, the crises of 2008 and 2010 greatly hindered the work. In 2017 an update was conducted to revisit the study and the findings are contained in the report.

Current

I am currently proposing research to determine the effects of the built environment on reproductive and sexual health among females of reproductive age groups in selected peri- urban communities in North Central Nigeria. The proposed study will attempt to overcome these limitations in knowledge of the relationship between built environment and reproductive health through a cross sectional survey and using geospatial methods to enable for quantification and triangulation of findings.
