I am a researcher in the field of molecular modeling of protein structures currently working at University of California Berkeley. My research has particularly focused on proteins that are involved in cancer. My research has focused on the application of computational biology/chemistry in understanding the protein structures important in the cancer biology. Currently I am focused on understanding the interaction between Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances and various nuclear receptors proteins.
