The club bought this layout from the MSC group who had shown it at a few exhibitions and now needed the space for a new extension to their main layout.
It is branch line terminus based on the LB&SCR in Sussex in the Edwardian era. The club is currently refurbishing it to make it easier to erect quickly on a Monday evening and quick to disassemble.
