Our Goals  Arrow of Light is the program for 5th grade youth to prepare to join a Scout troop while learning outdoor skills and participating in different activity badges.   A well-run group of Arrow of Light or Webelos scouts is a gradual change from being an 'adult-run' den to being a 'Scout-run' patrol ready to fit right into an adventurous scouting troop.
