History

Chaiban Engineering was founded by Joseph Chaiban in 1995 working out of one bedroom apartment. Joseph and select team of engineers grew the firm from one consultant into a multi discipline engineering firm. Specializing in structural and civil engineering, concrete restoration and structural design & inspections, forensic, expert witness, threshold, litigation support, insurance claim cases, hurricane wind and water related damage claims and structural as well as civil engineering services. Our team has a broad-range of design and inspection experience in civil, structural (bridge, buildings, roof, utilities, water, drainage, pools, sea walls, roadway and foundations), extensive projects, research and knowledge of Florida Building Codes and Florida statutes as it relates to the construction industry, and numerous cases and litigation support involving expert witness testimony including mediation.
