Established in 2007, EM Resources Centre (EMRC) promotes environmental conservation using Japan's Effective Microorganisms (EM) technology. We focus on river and water treatment, along with environmental training, seminars, and exhibitions. Our work has earned recognition from local authorities such as MBJB, LA21, JAS, and various NGOs, schools, and universities.
We have led river treatment projects across Johor, partnering with local developers like Tanah Sutera, UM Land, SP Setia, PH World, and MB World, as well as organizations such as Kiwanis International, Lions Club, Rotary Club, and private sector companies like CIBA Vision and Seagate International. Over 300 schools and two universities have participated in our mudball initiatives, producing over 500,000 mudballs to improve rivers quality such as Sg. Segget, Sg. Melaka, and Sg. Skudai.
In 2017, EMRC expanded into sustainable farming, offering volunteer opportunities to learn natural farming practices. We encourage individuals of all ages to grow their own vegetables, contributing to a greener, safer Johor for future generations.
At EM Resources Centre, we are committed to creating a greener future through innovative environmental solutions. From consulting to training, we help businesses and communities achieve sustainable growth
