6月10日在佛罗里达一次演唱会后的VIP见面会上遭遇一男子枪击，身中三枪，凶手随后自杀。Christina Grimmie被送医，次日凌晨被证实抢救无效去世。凶手身份及动机目前有多种说法尚无官方定论。该场馆的前主管表示6月1日场馆执勤团队大换血包括他亦在当天离职，6月10日当天的工作人员是首次执勤的新人。

美国歌手，“Queen of Soul”。50年代以福音歌手出道，1967年加入Atlantic唱片之后连续发行数张大热专辑，开启了灵魂乐的新流派；六年期间诞生14首TOP10热单并成为第一位获得RIAA单曲金唱片认证的女歌手。1985-1986年连续两张唱片融合较多流行元素而再度取得商业成功。1998年与嘻哈新修Lauyrn Hill的合作诞生了其生前最后一张黄金专辑和黄金单曲。1961-1998年间共有包括17首TOP10在内的73首单曲进入Hot 100，使其成为20世纪进入Hot 100曲目最多的女歌手；累计共有20首单曲在R&B分榜夺冠，和Stevie Wonder并列历史第一。

全名James Quentin Wright，美国键盘手，音乐制作人。90年代作为Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis团队成员参与Janet Jackson等多名歌手的专辑制作，90年代末开始与Mariah Carey长期合作，并（最迟于2014年开始）担任其演唱会音乐总监。2018年9月30日在伊利诺伊州家中被发现去世，死因暂时未公布。

原名Peter Thorkelson，美国歌手，贝斯手，键盘手。1966年成为电视乐队The Monkees创始成员之一，乐队在60年代中后期取得全球性的成功。70年代乐队暂时解散，1986年之后有过多次重组活动，2016年五十周年巡演是Peter Tork参与的最后一次演唱会。2009年3月被诊断患有罕见的腺样囊状癌（adenoid cystic carcinoma），手术之后曾于同年9月宣布治愈，2019年2月21日在家中去世，当天得到家属证实。

美国饶舌歌手，原名Jarad Anthony Higgins。2015年高中期间开始独立发表单曲，次年正式使用Juice Wrld艺名。直至2017年底共独立发行6张EP。2018年正式获得厂牌签约随即走红。生前共发布两张正式专辑，在2019年3月首夺Billboard 200冠军；并曾于2018年10月与Future合作发行专辑；另有部分待发行作品。生前累计共有25首歌曲登上Hot 100榜单，其中采样Sting的Lucid Dreams在2018年底登上亚军及R&B分榜冠军。

2019年12月8日凌晨自加利福尼亚搭乘一私人飞机返回芝加哥，落机后癫痫发作而被紧急送往附近医院，凌晨3时14分被宣布死亡。详细死因暂未公布，据警方称医护人员赶到时Juice Wrld口中流血但神志清醒。
