This kit includes a zipper bag with the ground stake, 13 foot pole & two Open House flag options. Instructions for reservation of the flag:

Reservation is for the day of the Open House, at minimum
You will need to have a hammer or mallet to install the ground stake
Please return the flag kit to the office by the next business day
