Professor, Department of Economics, City, University of London. 

I am an applied economist with interests in health, applied econometrics and stated preferences methods. I obtained my PhD from the U of Aberdeen and subsequently held posts at McMaster U, U of East Anglia and U of Southampton before joining  City, UoL.
