Corporate Financial Policy (FNCE 125)
Undergraduate class developing students understanding and skills regarding long-term decision-making in a corporate setting. Key topics covered in my class include: capital dudgeting basics (e.g. DCF analysis of investments) and analysis techniques (e.g. scenario, sensitivity, Monte Carlo simulation, real options), cost of capital, capital structure theory and applications, dividend policy, and share repurchases.
Real Estate Finance (FNCE 128)
Undergraduate class to build students' understanding of commercial real estate (CRE) and it's place in the macroeconomy and the investment universe. The course trains students in commercial real estate investment analysis both by hand (using a financial calculator) and in Excel (DCF-based investment modeling).
Topics covered: CRE as an asset class; real estate market analysis; valuation of income producing properties; investment modeling all-equity deals; financing sources and investment modeling with debt; cash flow modeling to investors (i.e. waterfall constuction); REIT valuation; REITs vs. REPE; and understanding CRE returns vs. other asset-class returns.

Undergraduate class introducing students to the core topics in corporate finance. Key topics covered in my class included: Financial Statements, DCF Analysis and Valuation, Cost of Capital, and Capital Structure.
