I'm a doctoral candidate in Applied Economics at the Wharton School with interests in urban economics, housing and real estate, and public finance. I use empirical microeconomics to study how housing policies and local taxation affect the spatial distribution of resources and people. My current research focuses on understanding how changes in property taxes contribute to neighborhood gentrification. Prior to the PhD, I was a senior research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
