On this site you can find some information about me, some of my papers, and some information for current and prospective students.
I am a professor in philosophy at The University of California, Santa Barbara. I work on and teach a broad range of topics, including feminism, moral responsibility, and ethics.
Before coming to UCSB I taught at Edinburgh University, in Scotland. I spent the academic year 2015-16 on a Laurence S. Rockefeller Visiting Fellowship at Princeton University. I have also held visiting positions at Dartmouth College and The University of Colorado, Boulder. Before Edinburgh I was an assistant professor at CU Boulder, and before that, assistant professor Arizona State University. I did my PhD at Reading University under the supervision of Brad Hooker. During my PhD I spent a semester at Chapel Hill, and a semester at the ANU in Canberra. Pretty much all of these experiences have been amazing.
