TEAM INPUT

App Bar Swiping up from the bottom of the screen will open the App bar. From here you can create a new team, edit a selected team or delete a selected team.

Teams It is recommended NOT to make changes to teams after they have been created. Removing and re-adding the same player will cause inconsistencies in season totals. Adding a NEW player after a team has been created is fine.

Add a Player

Enter the player's name, number and (optionally) alternate jersey number into the specified fields.

Press Add Player to enter new player.

You can also press enter if your cursor is in the right most input field (number or alt number).

Jersey Sets

If your team has different numbers for different jersey sets, you can add an additional field using the toggle switch labeled Alt Jerseys.

Different players cannot have the same number within the same jersey set.

All regular jersey set numbers can be copied to the alternate set using the Replace button in the App Bar.

Pictures Player pictures can be added when you create a player. They can be loaded from disk or taken using a webcam if available.

Remove a Player

To remove a player, select from the list and press Remove Player.

To remove all the players, press Remove All.

Create a Team

Inside the Create a Team page, name your team, and give them a 5 letter abbreviation.

The name and abbreviation are used to save the team, so they can only contain letters, numbers or dashes.

When your team is ready, press Start to check your team is ready.

Loading and Saving Teams

Teams can be loaded and saved from the database of teams using the Load Team and Save Team buttons.

Loading a team will replace the current one!

To remove a team from the list of teams:

Open the Settings from the charm menu

press Manage Teams.

From there a team can deleted from the list.

Import and Export Teams

To export a team open the app bar in the Team Input page. Then click export team, and select the desired save location.

Once exported, the team can be re-imported using the import button on the app bar.

To create a team from scratch using a spreadsheet program, open the settings charm, and click create team template.

Choose where to save the template. Now navigate to the file, and open it.

It should open in Excel. Add the team name, and the abbreviation.

Then add up to 15 players inputting the data as stated in the column headers.

Once finished, save the file and import it using the steps described above.

Team Management

Allows you to view statistics for specific teams and players over the course of multiple games.

Selecting a team from the list will show their total statistics AND the statistics of each of their games. A list of the players on the team will also be visible.

Player Details

Pressing any of the players will navigate to a similar view showing the player's information and statistics.

To access and edit additional player information, select a player from the list.

A player's number and name can't be edited once added to the team!

To change them, remove the player,

and re-enter their data.
