About Mrs. Paulson

Hello! My name is Mrs. Paulson and I am beyond excited to be in my 6th year teaching here at Garner Hayfield Ventura! I grew up just outside of Boone, Iowa. I am a graduate of Iowa State University, in Ames, Iowa where I majored in Music Education and minored in Learning Technologies.

This is my sixth year in the GHV School District and I look forward to teaching the Elementary & Middle School students and meeting people through out the year.

I grew up around music and found a love for the arts above other things while in middle school. My hobbies include crafting, reading, playing volleyball with friends, and playing cards with my family. Always learning new things I have played in a local bell choir, played in the NIACC community band, the Clear Lake Municipal Band, and musical pit orchestras.
