Cognitive Performance Testing CPT Code: 96125
Standardized cognitive performance testing (eg, Ross Information Processing Assessment) is administered and interpreted by non-physician health care professionals such as speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. Following an acute neurological event (eg, TBI, CVA), this test battery is used to determine if abilities such as orientation, memory, and high-level language function have been compromised and to what extent.
