Elizabeth Foster & Charles M. Hall

Elizabeth was the daughter of Frances Marion Foster and Kizzia Bristow. She seemed to have vanished from the earth before 1900. The Park\e\s book listed her children as Ruth, Emmet & Florence. A check of the 1910 Saint Clair County census shows that Edward Hall (Charles” father) had a grandson, Emmitt A, living with him. No sign of Mom, dad or the two other siblings. Emmitt was born about 1897 so I have a place to start.
