I believe in life-long learning and teaching. This educational cycle represents input & output of knowledge after processing it inside teacher's mind.
Inside the factory, "brain"; the raw materials "IN" are different than the products "OUT". If the in and out are the same, the teacher is just a barrier that slows down the learning process. Teacher's success is reflected by changing the learners' behavior.
Success and achievement happen by continuous effort towards what we love, not to reach a certain goal. What we love is the goal, it is enjoyable, reformable, creatable and endless.
