I believe in life-long learning and teaching. This educational cycle represents input & output of knowledge after processing it inside teacher's mind.
Inside the factory: "brain": the raw materials "IN" is different than the products "OUT". If the in and out are the same, the teacher is just a barrier that slow down the learning process. Teacher's success is reflected by the change in learners' behavior.
The succes and achievement happen by contineous effort towards what we love, not to reach a certain goal. What we love is the goal. It is enjoyable, dynamic, reformeable, reconstructable and endless.
