My main research interests lie in the fields of Real Options and Resource Economics. I have worked on land allocation issues, contract design for the provision of environmental services, investment in flexible production systems, investment in renewable energy sources, forest conservation, and foreign direct investment. More recently, my research has focused on dynamic contracts and auctions of real assets. I am also interested in the application of stochastic dynamic modeling to the analysis of behavioral anomalies.
