There are no scheduled make-up exams. A student having a documentable illness or emergency must, if possible, contact the instructor before missing an exam or quiz. Emergencies will be handled individually.
All exams are closed book, closed notes, with a formula sheet allowed (letter size, both sides, handwritten by your own hand, not typeset by computer). Not allowed are calculators and electronic devices connectable to the internet (cell phones, iPad, iPhone, etc.).
Attach your formula sheet to your exam paper to submit; there is a grade penalty for exam papers with missing formula sheet.
Each exam lasts for 2 periods, or 115 min (almost 2 hours).
