52nd Annual East Grand Forks Arts & Crafts Fair

October 5 - 6, 2024 

PLACE: Civic Center and possibly Blue Line Arena

HOURS: Saturday- 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

               Sunday- 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

We invite you to participate in the 2024 Arts and Crafts Fair by completing this application and return it by March 15, 2024. Applications will be accepted until the show is full. The East Grand Forks Arts & Crafts Fair is the largest non-profit craft fair in the region. All proceeds go to the fine arts of East Grand Forks.   

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**

ALL VENDORS: 

Mail the following information to EGF Arts and Crafts Council, PO Box 622, East Grand Forks, MN 56721:

1. EGF Arts & Crafts Application form

2. Operators Certificate of Compliance form (Required if not already on file. Form located on our website https://egfcraftcouncil.webs.com/)

3. Registration fee

4. Photos of items for sale

5. Self-addressed stamp envelope (This makes it so much easier for us)

6. Food vendors – Please see rules for food venders below & send us documentation of the required licensure or registration.

Please review the following rules:

1.     We are no longer a juried arts and crafts show as we accept applications from commercial vendors

2.     Booth placement is at the discretion of the council

a. Dependent on number of applications, venue(s) may be at one or both EGF arenas (We are hoping to have both arenas this year so apply early)

b. Emails will be sent out to vendors closer to event to notify location

3.     No refund of fees for cancellation after September 1, 2024

4.     Booth(s) with electrical cannot exceed 400 watts per booth – check your wattage

5.     No pets except for service animals

FOOD VENDORS ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A "Minnesota Retail Food Handlers" license may be required. 1.     Link to Minnesota food handler’s license site.

2.     If you are not required to get a MN food handlers License you may be required to register as MN Cottage food producer.  This may or may not require a fee depending on how much you sell in the state per year. See link below.

3.     All foods must have an ingredient label plus name and address of vendor.
