None of the Quangoans were really sure who, or where, this mysterious
entity known duplicitously as 'Mr. Quilliquos' and 'Quillback'. Quillback was
a psuedonym known within Quango's areas of governance as the name
Mr. Quilliquos chose to communicate rather sensitive signal sends of
information, for affiliation with tandemized search quandaries by many
within the Quango biosphere and Academy of the Crusade's scientific
research communities.
Mr. Gu, for that matter, had an ginal graphique'd applique derivation
signatory of Mr. Quilliquos attached the document of The Fulcrum. This
graphique'd applique derivation had been the genesis of reoccurring
imagery and affiliation with Mr. Quilliquos, as rendered by many a student
during non coursework activity. After many moon cycles of non approval
of his friend's image, he had caught on to the probability that the
original Mr. Quilliquos might be found as more and more students
ventured out into unexplored areas of the Quango outer realms with
these rather unique stickered applique's attached to their ergochairs.
Quantum had ventured, via the transcribbical wordings of one of his well
known 'talk and squawk zonings' with his enviropod's facilitator, Quergox,
that Mr. Quilliquos was now living in the outer fringes of Quango's areas
of non exploration, with many bookmarked construct sightings, within a
outer realm monolithically modified laboratory. A cactus shack, as the
students called them. These monolithic cactus shack construct sightings
seemed to increase incrementally after a Quangoan Zero Quantile
occurrence. An incremental increase from
'cactus.shack.construct.sighting.one', through
'cactus.shack.construct.sighting.forty.five'. The
cactus.shack.construct.sighting.one had been named as such, as it
had an affiliated navpilot reader recorded descriptor known as
'halo.insulae.one.hundred.eleven'.
This monolithic cactus shack location was the only known Quangoan
'halo.insulae.descriptor', of Zero Quantile occurrence activity.
Many attempts to local this mythical monolithical cactus shack would
leave Navpilots stranded for moon cycles on end, with last entry recorded
Navpilot readings approximated to that of a lunar sea location,
'Maria Insularum', of the Earthen Moon.
