EEGNET is software designed to enclose the different steps from EEG signal preprocessing to brain network visualization. This includes loading the scalp EEG signals, estimation of cortical sources by solving the inverse problem, calculation of connectivity matrices, calculation of various network measures and visualizing the resulting brain networks in an easy and flexible graphical user interface.
