Graphing Templates
To use the graphing templates listed below, click on the desired link. You will need a Google account to use the programs. A "Read Only" Google Spreadsheet will open in a new window. To use the sheet, click on "File" at the top, and then on "Make a copy" in the drop down menu. This will allow you to save a copy to your own Google Drive under a new name. Descriptions of each program are listed below the links.
Daily Behavior Point Sheet Data Graphing, Multiple Goals (Kevin Kuhn, 2019)
Daily Behavior Point Sheet Data Graphing, Multiple Students (Kevin Kuhn, 2019)
The two templates above can be used to graph daily behavior point sheet data for up to one year. The first, for multiple goals, can be used for one student where the desire is to graph data on multiple goals or targets for that student, up to 10. The second, for multiple students, can be used for graphing one goal (or daily point sheet totals) for up to 10 students. Data for each goal or student is graphed with a trendline to estimate progress. Detailed directions can be found on the "START HERE: Parameters".
VB: Mand Rate / Frequency Graphing (Kevin Kuhn, 2014)
This template can be used to graph Mand rates or frequency in Prompted, Unprompted, and Spontaneous categories. Data are graphed automatically together on one graph as well as separately for each category. A trendline accompanies the data sets on the graphs to aid in prediction and measurement of slope of progress. Detailed directions are included on the Directions tab of the graphing template.
Cumulative Graphing Template (for VB Operant Targets) (Kevin Kuhn, 2014)
Use this template to develop a cumulative graph for targets attained such as Verbal Behavior Operant targets. It can be used to graph up to 10 operants over up to 1 year. This graph is intended for use with target operants but can be used for any situation in which a cumulative graph is desired, such as tracking a series of new skills learned or steps in a task analysis. Detailed directions are included on the Directions tab of the graphing template.
Frequency / Rate Graphing Template (with Goal Line & Trendline) (Kevin Kuhn, 2014)
This template is used typically to graph academic frequency or rate data for academic or behavior interventions, but can be used for any situation in which a frequency or rate graph is desired. It could also be used to graph percentages if the percentages are entered as the number without the % symbol. It will produce a graph with a Frequency/Rate line, an Error line (if applicable), a Goal line, and a Trend line. It also provides Rate of Improvement (ROI) data to be compared to the Needed/Goal ROI. Vertical phase change lines and notes can be inserted on the graph as needed, and up to 4 phases of intervention can be graphed on one graph. A new file needs to be used for each goal or set of data that is being monitored.
IEP Goal % Graphing (Kevin Kuhn, 2013)
This template can be used to graph any type of percentage data for the length of up to one IEP year and for up to 10 IEP goals. Progress monitoring data self-graphs and graphs include a Goal/Aim Line in order to compare actual progress to the slope and level of progress necessary for the student to meet the IEP goal, making decisions about changing or intensifying interventions simple. Directions are found on the Directions tab.
A-B-A-B Design Semi-Logarithmic Graph (Kevin Kuhn, 2013)
Instructions are included on the first tab/sheet. This graph is similar to a Standard Celeration Chart.
RtII & IEP Behavior Progress Monitoring - Rating/Likert Scale (Kevin Kuhn, 2012)
This template is set up to make data entry easy, all on one sheet, up to 10 goals, and to graph your student's progress automatically. Instructions are included on the first tab/sheet. This template is typically used to monitor "Point Sheet" data, such as that which is used in a Check-In/Check-Out intervention. Individual goal graphs compare the specific goal to overall goal progress.
